Balázs was already involved in the banking world at school, and he gained his first work experience at K&H Bank in 2003, which was followed by a longer but more varied professional trip at MKB Bank from 2006. He has extensive experience in retail and wholesale banking but has also been involved in a number of business development projects. He watches with interest the spread of digitalisation in finance, but he is also concerned with the development of trust management in Hungary.

He considers raising financial awareness to be his heart’s desire, his regular speaker of the national initiative of Pénz7 and was invited to a number of public events.

Balázs has been a member of the Solus team as a risk manager since April 2019, and from 2021 he will lead the portfolio management board.
